Membership

There are some 1,300 homes in Otford Parish. At the last census, 53% had lived in the parish for over 20 years. In recent years, however, there has been a visible influx of new families entering the village. Our Society must respond to the needs of both the long-term and the newer, younger residents, providing support and enthusiasm for fresh, original ideas.

We would not be able to continue with our projects, campaigns and programme of events without financial support. In 2023 many Otford households made a donation towards this work, supplemented by income from some of our fundraising events.  In order to carry out our programme of activities in 2024 we hope that this support will continue. We are encouraging all Otford residents to become a member of the Society at a cost of £7.50 per person or £5.50 per person if you pay by annual Standing Order.
