Otford Village Fete
The Otford Village Fete has been held on the May Bank Holiday Monday, every year, for over 70 years and is one of the biggest village fetes in Kent.
The 2022 Fete has as its theme commemoration of Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and will be held on Saturday 28th May. A competition is being held to design the cover of this year’s programme. You are asked to draw a card of congratulations to send to Buckingham Palace (as colourful as you like), acknowledging this tremendous occasion and highlighting some of the events of the past 70 years.
Entries should be on A4 paper, and the attached form should accompany your design.
The winning card will be used on the front page of our programme, in posters and in articles written by the local press. The person whose drawing is selected to promote our Village Fete will receive a £30 gift voucher, with £10 vouchers for runners up in each of four age groups.
